How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to Account Settings > Security and click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." You can use SMS or an authenticator app like Google Authenticator for added security.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to Account Settings > Personal Information to update your email address. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Go to Account Settings > Privacy and click "Delete Account." You'll need to complete any pending orders before deletion.
