Currently, we support one payment method per order. You can split orders from different sellers and use different payment methods for each.
Invoices are automatically sent to your email after purchase completion. You can also download them from the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.
Shipping options and costs vary by seller and location. Standard shipping (3-7 days), Express (1-3 days), and Overnight options are available. Costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.
Yes, many of our sellers offer international shipping. International delivery times and costs vary by destination. Additional customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Check your tracking information first. If the package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact the seller or our customer service team for assistance.
Address changes are possible before the item ships. Contact the seller immediately or use the "Contact Seller" option in your order details. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Go to "My Orders," select the item you want to return, and click "Return Item." Follow the prompts to select a reason and print a return label. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
